The review of the North Pacific Research Board program, undertaken by the Committee of Visitors (COV) in 2010, identified programmatic strengths and weaknesses, which are detailed in this report. (PDF)

These characteristics were used as a basis for recommendations intended to improve the performance of the NPRB program.

The Board responded to specific recommendations of the CoV with this report and workgroup activities are ongoing.
