NPRB is pleased to release its 2014 Request for Proposals. The targeted funding amount for this year's RFP is $4.25 million. This RFP is similar in form and content to past NPRB RFPs with research priorities structured around the 2005 NPRB Science Plan. Please consult the 2014 RFP (see sidebar) and the NPRB Science Plan for further details on this year’s research priorities.
The deadline for online proposal submission is 4 p.m. (AKST) Thursday, December 5, 2013.
Be sure to review the RFP Help pages before you begin your proposal submission.

(note: general rule to choose between Windows 32 package and Windows 64 package: try windows 64bit and if it does not work go with windows 32)
The installer will create an icon on your desktop called "NPRB RFP2014 Application". Click on this icon to open the submission system. For technical assistance with the submission system installer or application, please contact Igor Katrayev at firstname.lastname@example.org or at 907-644-6711.
On November 22, 2013 NPRB was notified that the NPRB RFP2014 Proposal Submission Application might be the cause of a security breach for the “ZeroAccess Botnet virus”. After extensive research by NPRB staff and a third party senior level security analyst it has been determined that NPRB RFP2014 Proposal Submission application packages that are obtained through the NPRB web page http://www.nprb.org/proposals/current_rfp.html do not contain any malicious code or computer security risks to end user computers.
However NPRB will consider digitally code signing future revisions of the NPRB RFP application in an effort to prevent future false positives by both current and future antivirus software applications.
Should you have any question or concerns, please contact the NPRB Data Systems Manager Igor Katrayev by phone 907-644-6711 or email: email@example.com
To complete your proposals submission, NPRB must recieve all applicable proposals summary signature pages by 4 p.m. (AKST) Thursday, December 12, 2013. NEW: Electronic versions are now accepted.
You may either email scanned versions to firstname.lastname@example.org, with “Signature Pages [reference number]” in the subject line or you may mail them to:
