Principal Investigator Meetings
Principal Investigator meetings were held annually and representatives of the collaborating projects listed in Appendix A of the request for proposals were invited to participate. Members of the Coastal Communities team representing eight Alaska communities participated in these meetings. The meetings provided a forum for the exchange of information and served as a nexus for developing new collaborations. In addition to annual meetings, monthly meetings were hosted via Zoom to maintain regular communication. To view the agenda for each annual meeting, click the buttons below.
Logistics meetings were held prior to each field season to coordinate communication within and among research projects. These meetings included discussion about vessel preparations and berthing, standardizing sample collection, plans to distribute samples, and prioritization of field data collection in the event of delays.
